Our pricing is designed to align with the value you get. You can choose from three product bundles (depending on your use cases) and three pricing units - per-order, per-asset or per-API call (depending on your business model). The per unit price is calculated based on your monthly usage volume and average order value (per unit cost goes lower as volumes increase and average order value decreases).

We recommend you look at your historical trends and start with the minimum estimate. We alert you when you cross 50%, 75%, and 90% of your allocated credits usage. That helps you plan ahead and buy more credits to support higher usage. You can also switch to a higher volume plan anytime during your subscription period.

An 'order' represents the number of unique deliveries or tasks you complete in a 24-hour period. It can be per stop, pick-up, delivery, unique location, tasks, or jobs you need to optimize. To ensure a clear understanding of how 'order' is defined for your use case, please contact our sales team.

We offer annual commitment licenses with a monthly payment option. You also have the option to lock in your per-unit pricing for two years at a maximum.

Your plan includes annual credits for orders/assets/API calls depending on the pricing model you go for. If you need more credits than what's included, you can easily scale up by purchasing additional credits at a predefined rate.

We track annual usage depending on the pricing unit you choose.

So if you choose to pay per order and purchase an annual license for 1 million orders, we will only track how many orders you plan routes from over a 12 month period. (There will be no monthly caps or limits. And we will not track the number of API calls you make or the vehicles/field service reps you work with.)

Alternatively, if you choose to pay per API call, and purchase an annual license for 10 million API calls, we will only track how many API calls you make over a 12 month period. (There will be no monthly caps or limits. Nor will we track the number of orders or vehicles/field service reps you work with.)

We'll notify you well in advance when you're nearing your usage limits. You can continue using the service, and any additional usage will be charged at the per-unit rate specified in your plan. Alternatively, you can upgrade your plan to one with higher limits to accommodate your growing needs.

If you experience a temporary increase in usage that exceeds your plan limits, don't worry! We offer flexible plans that allow for additional orders, vehicles, or API calls at predetermined rates. You can find these rates within your plan details. This ensures you only pay for what you actually use and have the coverage you need during peak demand periods.
